Feminism: Not what the media teaches you

Feminism is about equal opportunities and equal treatment and the simple act of having a choice and exercising it. So as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone the choice is yours to make. For example it can be a situation where a woman decides to keep her own name after marriage or taking her husband’s name. it sounds trivial but even sometimes a choice like this -which in no way interferes with or hurts anyone’s existence- raises eyebrows. Udaipur: Venice of the east

My journey on the Land of Kings took me to the picturesque city of Udaipur. Known as the Lake City, Udaipur is a 6 and a half hours drive from Jaipur. The National Highway, NH7, makes the journey too good to be true judging from most of my travel experiences.
